I have been watching to leaves on all the trees turn to their fresh new green color. Yet, to me it is never spring until I see those buds on the pecan trees. Everyday I go out and check my trees and not even the smallest of bud on any of the trees.
Then yesterday, I go out and overnight the pecan trees have tiny leaves on them!! It totally amazes me that nature can work so fast and so complete with the weather. All this happens within a few hours and I missed it. I guess that is why we have night so nature can do its work.
Then last night I walked out on the porch about 10pm to look at the stars and across the sky a shooting star came so close I felt like I could have reached up and grabbed it.
I think the beauty of life is all around us, if we look at it.
(my deep thought for the day)

Bamamama, you are so very right. When I go out at night and gaze into the sky or early in the morning when there is still dew on the ground and the night is fading away, that is when I feel how large God is and how much He loves us.
How can people not believe in God?

I wonder(thinking to myself out loud) how can these people see the beauty and greatness of nature without God and believe that, oh well, it is just here?

We know that GOD exists and that HE made everything. We are the ones who are wrecking it all. I thank God for every day HE has given me and for ALL the wonderful friends and family that HE has blessed me with. Each of you are part of that blessing.

I believe the backbone of our strange relationship is that we all share one main thing, our faith. We can share our good time and bad, and know that we are always in each others prayers. And we know that we all believe in that power of prayers and God. In a way, every time we meet another believer, we meet each other. And Bamamama, The Wife, and Carl, if I don't get to really meet you in this life, I'll meet you on the other side!!!

It is always nice to hear from you no matter what time of day you appear. Carl and I are still fighting this allergy, sinus, or whatever kind of problem we are having. Since he has come down with it, he swears it is something more serious. Our computer relationship reminds me of the movie, "The Lake House" with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock. We post at different times but we catch up when we are able to come in and read other posts.
