We have a whole menagerie of critters. We also have a small garden now. Maybe they won't get our topsy-turvy tomatoes or cucumbers.

One of the raccoons was under the carport last night. He was not going to let my grandson come into the house. He is my guard Coon. I'll have to give him a treat next time I see him.

Wal-Mart carries them. One of the stores had them close to the jewelry counter in an aisle for TV items. You can also get them at Home Depot.

Wal-mart has the topsy turvy's-we have one hanging on the front porch. My hubby, being the creative genius that he is, decided to make his own too. He took a 5 gallon bucket, cut a hole in the bottom, put some old netting or something in the bottom, planted the tomato plant, and hung it on the deer feeder. Those are doing good too. Though, topsy turvy seems to be doing a "little" better, but I think that's because we used Miracle Grow soil, and not just cheap potting soil. Did you plant the regular vining cucumbers, Carl? Or the bush kind? I would kind of like to try some other things too....

BFA, You had better start showing her pictures of good looking men about the age you prefer and tell her to "fetch." You wouldn't want her bringing home another young man for you to raise. RMSEEK, Carl also loves to experiment. He had already thought about trying the five gallon bucket. He told our neighbor and the neighbor is experimenting with it. We got TOO MUCH water in our garden yesterday. Carl rain out in a downpour and put heavy duty paper plates over the tops of the topsy-turvy bags to keep the rain from washing all of the Miracle Grow soil out of the bags.

No, you need pictures from magazines or off the internet. You could show her your preferences so that she would bring home the kind of man you preferred.

Bamamama, we were talking about Barefootangel's squirrel bringing home one of those good looking Secret Service Agents when she was bringing the wagyu beef home to Barefootangel. (In our continuing story) There was no place to comment about it during our story since we can only post three words at the time.

We have had bunnies. We raised some bunnies. They were so tiny when they were born. I could not believe that bunnies were that tiny at birth.

Your cardinals have made a rest stop at our house. We have been enjoying watching them. We throw bread and other food out for them.
